Ege University's Çeşme Faculty of Tourism begins the construction of a gastronomy academy with donations from Bridge to Türkiye Fund, which is a non-profit organization founded by Turks living in the USA, and from Shipley Foundation. This new academic model is a first in Türkiye and it’s goal is, in addition to regular undergraduate and graduate education programs, to open up academia to public by  providing free workshops, create means for the producers to market their goods, and create agricultural branding. This documentary focuses on the agricultural side of Çeşme; the value of production, as well as things which can be done in Çeşme where agricultural lands are rapidly turning into construction areas.
